It's a 7-day step-by-step planner that gives you different little tasks to do each morning. After the seven days you can choose the habits that work best for you and create your own morning routine (tracker). The goal is to start every morning positively and set ourselves up for a good, productive day.
All the little tasks can be completed in 30 minutes for each day. If you have less time, don't do it all. It is really meant to be an inspiration and help you figure out which things help you personally make the start to your day better. It's supposed to be made yours.
